  Small amount of parking for big rigs and fills up by 5p each time I come here. If you're going to be later than 5p you might really consider reserving prime parking online but even those go fast. FedEx takes up several spaces using this as their own transfer yard. Shower was clean and plenty of hot water. The young guy taking care of the showers today does a great job, friendly and helpful. They have seven showers so get on the list pretty quick to avoid a long wait, best use the app. The young, thin, dark skinned clerk is super as he'll jump right in, is ten times faster and friendlier than any of the rest. Each visit I've found the other clerks to not be very good and not very pleasant. Expect the line to move slow. One heavier female clerk is not only unfriendly but slow and often distracted with personal things and not customer service. As busy as it gets here the clerks need to focus more on the customer service and less BS between themselves. Because how slow most clerks can be here I try to hit up an earlier Pilot if I can.
